i agree i think i need to eat more during the day and less at night im going to pick a cutoff time and try and stay with it

Congrats on your upcoming wedding. I think there are wedding planners you can get and they spell it all our for you in a timely manner. This should be a fun time.. Get all the help you can form others to share the planning and getting things done.

I have found that when I think I'm hungry I am really thirsty. I get my 8 glasses of water in a day. I like ice water with lemon. If I sip on that all day /night, it eases my munchies. Just a thought.

hi Lorena my name is Lena I too have same problem I do fine during day and then at night I stay up late because I enjoy watching tv but I try and I have kind of slacke off the chips but still eat. So keep trying it will happen. Take small steps

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Lorena and I'm 30 years old. I recently got engaged and I'm extremely stressed out just thinking about planning the entire wedding. But besides that, I suffer from insomnia, which basically has me awake all night long. This is TROUBLE for me because I tend to constantly eat late at night. I usually do very well during the day with my diet, but once night time comes, I get out of control.

This never ending pattern had made me go from weighing 140lbs to 180lbs. I need all the encouragement and advice that I can take!

By the way, its 2:12am and I am STARVING!!! I had a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner BUT for some reason once 1am hits....I get in hunger mode! When will it end??

I look forward to connecting with all of you!
