Hi there to both of you. I am here to support and encourage you. Through much hard work I have finally met my goal and am maintaining my weight within 3 pounds that I allow myself to fluctuate. 5 pounds at the very most. Spark has helped me achieve my goal. I finally realized I was worth it,and nothing was going to stop me from my goal. Once you have that mindset, everything is possible. Yes, it takes work, tears, laughter, you name it. But we didn't get to this stage all at once, and it will take time to lose the weight slowly, but it can be done. Act as if your life depends on it because it does. Anything is possible if you believe you are worth it. emoticon

" My goal is to live the truly religious life, and express it in my music. If you live it, when you play, there's no problem because the music is part of the whole thing. To be a musician is really something. It goes very, very deep. My music is the spiritual expression of what I am--my faith, my knowledge, my being." by John Coltrane

believe it or not this is the third user name over five years i've created with sparkpeople. I keep getting down and depressed for not being able to beat my over eating patterns but i'm still at it and still waiting for my time.

I always say this is my time this is the day i start over....but it just never works out for me. I know it is me alone who can make this change only for me but i just feel like its not in my cards. I will keep trying and i'm going to take one day at a time, hopefully this group will help me over come my skepticism.

Everyone is always great and helpful and so positive. I appreciate that, i just need the gusto to stick with it myself.
