Thanks for the comments....Didn't get the celery eye level...ugggh...

Made a homemade pumpkin pie, husband's request. And I had a piece...uggghh...was trying to stick with 1200 calories...Well I'm sure I knocked it up to 1700 now. or more...uggggh

why do I desire a snack or soemthing sweet. Somebody pull out my sweet tooth please!!!!

Welcome! That sounds like a good plan.

I've been on spark for two years now, and though I'm still hovering at the top of my ticker...this team has made all the difference in the world for me at times...and is the reason my ticker isn't up in the 300's!

I have to say the most important thing I've learned is not to beat yourself up for slip-ups. It's the only thing that's really been holding me back from progress...all the negative self-talk. Never stay away from spark for long...do your best to check in with someone on here atleast once a day & you'll do it!

Getting chatty is great! Don't apologize for it. I have my own thread on here somewhere...my posts get WAY chatty at times, but it's helped me learn a lot about myself and my patterns when I go back to read & reflect.

I wish you all the best on here, and I look forward to getting to know you better! :)

Found this team by accident. I'm so happy to find it. Started Spark 3 weeks ago, but started day one all over again today. I kept falling off track.

I'm 5'4" and need to lose 60+....@201.5..(Don't mind sharing my weight. Don't need to hide it....)Trying to be more confident in myself. That is a goal I'm trying to achieve this week for myself.

I'm the worlds worst night snacker. I do fine all day...then get snacky. I think because some nights I pop popcorn for the kids, see my husband snacking on ice cream..etc...Then I think wow they are making me hungry....

Well I gotta GET A GRIP!!!

I'm only punishing myself and it's not helping me reach my goals to snack. Here's a theory..

I'm going to make sure I don't eat past 8pm. I'm gong to put celery in a ziploc bag on the shelf eye level and if I get tempted, I'm gonna see the celery and use it as a reminder of how healthy I have been eating all day. "Don't let food control me!":)

Well, don't know what else to do. Sounds like a good theory to me....Does anyone agree?

Look forward to meeting you guys! SP looks like a wonderful website so far! Such great support!
