Found this team by accident. I'm so happy to find it. Started Spark 3 weeks ago, but started day one all over again today. I kept falling off track.
I'm 5'4" and need to lose 60+....@201.5..(Don't mind sharing my weight. Don't need to hide it....)Trying to be more confident in myself. That is a goal I'm trying to achieve this week for myself.
I'm the worlds worst night snacker. I do fine all day...then get snacky. I think because some nights I pop popcorn for the kids, see my husband snacking on ice cream..etc...Then I think wow they are making me hungry....
Well I gotta GET A GRIP!!!
I'm only punishing myself and it's not helping me reach my goals to snack. Here's a theory..
I'm going to make sure I don't eat past 8pm. I'm gong to put celery in a ziploc bag on the shelf eye level and if I get tempted, I'm gonna see the celery and use it as a reminder of how healthy I have been eating all day. "Don't let food control me!":)
Well, don't know what else to do. Sounds like a good theory to me....Does anyone agree?
