Today was my weigh-in day and I have already hit my goal and gone below -- but I lost another 1/2 pound or so. But I lost 0 inches -- drats! Can't have everything I guess so I'm okay with it. Just wish I could do more about this waist -- I'm just straight down -- no curves here! emoticon

I have set myself a goal of walking at least 10 miles on Friday, Saturday and I'm working on it today, being Sunday! I've done it! Not yet today, but I did it on Friday and Saturday and I hope I can report that I did it on Sunday too! Determination and motivation -- that's the ticket for me!

The PMDD is hitting my hard this month, and I can't seem to motivate myself to even get out of the chair and even worse than that I don't really care. On the brighter side PMDD symptoms only last a couple of day so by Tuesday things should be better.

I am NOT losing any weight, seem to keep gaining. I am so frustrated and bummed out. I set some reward goals for myself, so hopefully that will get me motivated. I so sick of feeling fat.

Well---One night down 6 more to go. I had my Skinny Cow French Vanilla Ice Cream bar at 7:15. I tried to eat it VERY slowly and enjoy every bite. And it was good. Something new--only 100 calories and low on fat and carbs too.

I did feel that I was in a battle royal until about 9:00 and then I had my cup of tea and did some things on the computer and went to bed about 11:15. Quite pleased to know that I CAN do it. Now to continue doing it--always my problem.

I was down two pounds for this week. That gives me a grand total of 24 pounds since Jan. 9. Sparkpeople has been really great as a support team.

I have a long ways to go yet but I feel like I can really do it this year. I need to quit eating at night. I made a time limit of 7:30 for this next week. See how it goes over the weekend.

Also found some banana popsicles (sugar free). I got a few other goodies too but will have to eat them before 7:30.

Hi, Marylynne! Speaking of plateaus -- I'm at mine and it feels like I'm here to stay! The scale doesn't budge, but I lost 1 inch on my waist and maybe 1/2 inch on my hips. So, the walking and exercising is paying off -- and, mainly, staying away from those nasty junk foods!!
