Welcome VANILLALILY. So glad that you joined us. I can tell you what my exercise teacher said. Sit in a chair and do the exercises you did standing up. I don't know how much you can use the sore leg, but you can march, walk, sitting. If you can only use 1 leg, just march with that one. Also you can do exercises with your arms, stretches, weight/large rubber band lifts. Check our SP exercises. I am sure there are chair ones. Good luck. You can really work up a sweat sitting in a chair.
