Yes I agree filling out the food tracker at first takes a lot of time to post. Once you find and post your favourite recipes plus list all the foods you consume, it gets easier and faster. 3 - 5 minutes at the most it takes me to fill out the my daily food tracker.
I believe, it is the most accurate way to see what you are consuming, with the nutritional information and caloric values one is consuming each day. Stick with it, before long you will have your favourite foods listed!
Hi, I am new to this. Need to lose about fifty lbs. I.like the tracker but it takes so much time to post. I cook for one and Have trouble exercising because of sugar problems and arthritis. Also I am a SciFi fan and a red hatter. but I am trying the eight week challenge. I like some of the lo carb recipes. And the ten min. Videos. dj
