Hi Janet, welcome back. What has been working for me is I set a timer to 15-20 min when I sit down to eat. No TV, no computer and no books to read. I just enjoy the food. That is new for me because I always "hoovered" the food, now by taking my time I am getting satisfied. I sit at the table, set for one with a lit candle and just enjoy the food. Another one that I have been using is chewing on gum or sucking on a hard candy when preparing food to cut back on the BLT's (bites, licks and tastes). I hope it might be helpful for you. Hi Everyone! My name is Janet and I'm an old new person to Spark. I'm 38 years old and I live in south Louisiana. I've been on an incredible journey so far. I used to be 311 pounds. I've lost more than 120 pounds thru diet, exercise and prayer. I'm hitting a funk and need motivation.
