Hi there, Selma! Well since you already know what foods you like, here is a list that might just help make your current recipes more healthier with some minor substitutions. It's from the Mayo Clinic and gives a list of ways you can make things healthier in general (including lower in fat). Good luck!

Hi I am Selma from Knoxville, Tenn. and I cook everyday. My problem is I like old fashioned country cooking and alot of those recipes are very fatting. Need help please. I have at least 65 lbs. to lose. Thank you.
