Bievig great to go on a cruise and loss weight. When I go to my youngest daughter's next week I better do lots of walking and exercise so I don't gain back. She is a very good cook but she is also losing weight and trying to cook healthy so that will be good and she has to walk her dogs so I can go with her, Then when I go to my son's the cooking will be differant. None of them are wathing their weight but they don't have to. There I will be doing lots of stair climbing.

I too went on a cruise and did not gain, in fact I lost 2 lbs. I ate everything all day but was very active. That was when I could walk, today with my bad knees, I have a difficult time. I go to the gym and walk in the pool and that helps, but losing weight is what I have to do. BTW I went on a cruise that I found on WW and my travel agent and all the gals were WW from all over the country and we communicated for 465 days and met the day of the cruise. It was awesome, we even all went to work out at the gym. I am still a WW and went today and weighed in and lost 2.8 lbs, so I am very happy. Keeping focused. Going out to eat with the gals tomorrow night and checked online what I am going to get, no nutrition listed but I have a good Idea.
Thanks for responding, your response and the ones I've received from other members helped to get me in a positive "I can do this" mood yesterday. I'm going to work on checking the site daily and recording my food and any exercise too.
Welcome to Spark Elmy - I've been on Spark since May 15, 2012. I love to read and play Zynga also. I'm currently layed up due to broken foot and toes so Zynga and reading are definitely keeping me company and away from the food or sleep during the day due to boredom.
