Looks to me like you are eating too little. And depending upon the portion sizes, your nutrition may be off, too. If you don't give your BODY enough of what it NEEDS (not what the mind wants), it will try to hold onto the fat in your body. Check out the nutrition tracker or even see a nutritionist to help figure out what you need to fuel your body correctly. It's also important to do the correct type and amount of exercise. Make sure you change your activities and food occasionally to keep your body revved up and guessing at what's going to happen next! Good luck!

I recommend that you use the Spark Nutrition tracker. Seriously, set up your estimated calories burned and get your calorie range, then track. Too little is as bad as too much. Once you start tracking you'll have a much better feel for what is going on. Honest. Try it.
If you are tracking, making sure that your calories burned is as close to accurate as you can get as it does affect the range.
