i find using smaller pans helps with over cooking.

I have the problem of making enough for a big family when it is the two of us and just three on the weekends and summers.
My husband finds this displeasing as only so much can be done with left overs.
I don't forsee as we get older having another army to feed. And I need to learn to scale down so I seen this group and immedialty joined.
