A clementine is a very small orange. Very tasty and usually without or with very few seeds.

I put together a smoothie. It's green and I love it.

2 c baby spinach
1 oz sf vanilla Torani syrup
1 clementine
1 T plain protein powder
1/2 c Bigelow orange spice tea (strong)
8 ice cubes

Put into a Ninja and let it whirl.

I can't remember how many calories are in the protein powder, but the rest of it is about 50.

There are cookbooks out that are for 2 people. A lot of recipes are geared for 4 or 6 servings. All you have to do is divide by 2 or 3 to cut down ingredients. I usually freeze the leftovers and bring them out at my convience. If you like to eat fresh, it's easier. Just slice, dice or cube what you'll use.

Hi all!! Just recently married 3 months ago and am trying to adjust to cooking for 2. (For 24 years of my life I have seen and helped my mother cook for TONS of people, so adjusting to making the right about has been tough) But excited to see what everyone has to say!
