everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,
first throw out all the junk food in your house.
then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

Hi Everyone, My name is Alejandra. I joined a couple of weeks ago. Last year was a hard year for me I went from being (for about 6 years) a size 4 to a size 10...from 130 to 170 pounds... ouch.. wow.. I know!! I guess I just lost track of all the junk food I was eating and had a wake up call on Christmas eve, when I couldn't find anything in my closet that fit.... ;( I'm loving the spark family.... is great, is teaching me a new way of eating, thinking, great blogs, articles, and recipes -not a huge fan of cooking, but it's my 2nd resolution for 2011 ;) - I hope to find friends here to get and give support to...
