Hello all! I joined back in March 2010 and to be quite honest, got complacent and started accepting my weight gain. I don't know if it's the new year or some other life changes, but I'm no longer willing to accept the "unhealthy" me. My weight goal is to lose (overall) between 75 and 90 pounds. My fitness goal (overall) is to be healthy and without aches and pains and run a 5K in the fall or next spring.

Currently, I'm trying out different workouts to see what captures my attention and keeps me going. I really like Zumba, Wii Fit and the Jililan Michaels 30 Day Shred video. I've also joined a gym where I intend to try Yoga and Spin classes.

I'm not looking to just lose weight, I'm trying to make lifestyle changes.
