Stop worrying about the mirror. Being healthy has little to do with what you see in the mirror. More what the world thinks of as fit.

You can be health at any size. Just start making healthy choices. Eat better foods, don't diet, change your choices. Exercise, find something you like and do it. Don't let what the mirror says stop you.

well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team who are here to help you in your health journey.

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,

first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps

Hi all

Have been overweight since I was a child and only once approached a normal weight about 10 years ago. I don't really know what happened from there but I remember being much happier, more social and able to feel like everything was so much less of an obstacle.

As quite often happens I am now heavier than ever and really dislike the person I see in the mirror each day.

I'm ready to make a change and look forward to supporting and getting support from thers who face a similar challenge each day.

I'm up for it!
