Hi Mybulldogs: I'm pretty you understand, throwing out the "junk food" is the scariest thing of all. It's comfort. I've bout healthy stuff, I just haven't used it yet. I don't know if you read past posts or not, but I don't like anything to do with the kitchen EXCEPT eating. I don't like cooking or cleaning the kitchen. That's why easy foods are just that "easy" for me. I have a lot less junk food, but it's not completely gone. Thanks Mybulldog. Sharon :-)

Thank you, I'm going to try. I haven't started out to well. I've had 2 bad days, but today is a new day. The day is fine until about 8 pm, then I graze. I can't go to bed early, cuz I'm fostering two dogs right now and they go out for the last time at about 11pm. I've tried going to bed earlier, and wake up to "accidents". But, as I said today is a NEW DAY. :-)

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,
first throw out all the junk food in your house.
then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

I'm 68 yrs young. I've got about 200 lbs to lose, but I'm going to about it 10 lbs at a time. If I say my goal is 200 lbs, it's to daunting. Much better to succeed at small attainable goals. Sharon :-)
