I agree. Don't beat yourself up. I believe anytime is a great time to start watching what you eat, but be sure you allow for some enjoyment at the holidays! Use the trackers and aim for balance. Then, really hunker down after the new year.

Hey everyone, needing some encouargement. Lost 112 lbs over 4 years and have kept it off, pretty much. This summer had surgery on an arm which threw a wrench in my workout routine. Also had our kitchen renovated, which has promoted unhealthy eating habits. Need to loose at least 20 lbs to feel good again. Short on enthusiasm and motivation. Kitchen still isn't done. Wow how quickly we can resume our old unheatlhy habits! Help! Dan
