well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team who are here to help you in your health journey.

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,


first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps

I too am a Domestic Goddess ! ... ? "Well sort of ..." Enjoy the "great doors" especially gardening. Harvested my first new seasons vegetables today and am going to treat myself to a very large pot of pak-choy and spinnach before looking in on SparkPeople's Nutrician pages. I guess we some of us .... like me have to go for Quality not quantity. All the very best and

I am mother of two grown son's,,one married,,one senior in college. Not sure how my weight has crept on,,but one thing is for sure,,,it's coming off!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a domestic goddess,,,work inside the home,,,,have not exercised in years,,,but enjoy outdoor activities. HELP
