Hello to my fellow SP's, just wanted to take a moment to post an introduction--so where to start...my name is Diana...am 49yo mom and grandmom. My history--the short version---I quit smoking Oct 2007, started to make healthier changes to our diet, and then I joined a gym, at the end of Jan 2008--I had a heart attack. Anyway 8 stents later, add in a little menopause...and 3 years...I have added 57 pounds to my body, which am sure isnt good for my heart condition. This past Saturday, I bought the Spark book. I had no idea this website existed. Am still trying to figure out all that is available...I wanted to start the spark diet, but right this moment...I am on the road with my job, so am trying to just do my three goals, which is write in a journal, drink water and exercise for 10 minutes.
