I am Becky and trying really hard to be gluten and wheat free. I have been having gut issues since just before and after my gall bladder removal. I have been wheat free since August 1st and I was doing better (my gas was so bad I was leaving trails in public and smells lingered in sheets....you get the pics) then out of the blue poof the gas was back again. I when to a gi almost 2wks ago. He said I was doing right by being wheat and diary free. I had to add align to my daily routine. If no improvement I have to take flagyl for 2wks. If still no relief then I have to get tested for Celiac Disease.
I am doing my best, but I need to track better to see where the wheat is sneaking into my life style.
In meantime, I am training run about 9 miles a week. I average about 15minutes a mile. I know slow, but it works for me ^_~ I dream of running Disney's Princess 1/2thon 2015.
I have 3 kids all in school and a hard working dh. I am a SAHM and super busy. Busier than I thought I would be when I got all the kids in school. Holy Cow am I busy.
I am open to suggestions and tips.
