I have been enjoying Colemans Beef Hot dogs and AmyLu Chicken burgers with Caramelized Onions & Gouda Cheese from Costco. They have quit stocking these Gluten Free Items but the buyer told me that if enough Costco members leaves a request in the suggestion box then they will bring them back. Sure hope you do this when at the store cause I miss my hot dog and chicken burgers. And BTW all my family enjoys them.

Welcome to the team!!

Dorothy

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

It would have been good to have been tested for celiac before going gluten free so you would know for your children's sake. I fully understand because I did the exact thing by self diagnosing. I am 71 and have been gluten free a little over a year. I had digestive problems since a baby and have numerous doctors over the years tell me IBS. After going gluten free, that problem was gone. I had so many other symptoms that looking back now, I can see many problems with health that I have had that might have been avoided if I had only known.
Good luck and I hope you get on the road to better health.

Barbara

A goal is not enough - You have to have a plan.

You have not failed until you fail to try.

If hunger is not the problem, then food is not the answser.

Hi everyone I have suffered for many years thinking that I had IBS and that my life was controlled by my stomach. My friend asked me if I had heard about gluten intolerance. I looked it up and had so many of the symptoms that I decided to give up gluten and see what would happen. Right away I saw a big improvement and when I cheated I was right back to a very unhappy stomach. So here I am a stay at home mom looking to lose some weight, get rid of my depression, and hopefully have a body that feels healthier and happy.
