Welcome to the team...so understand your need to change your diet with allergies and to find a happy daily meal plan that satisfies as well as heads you to a healthy life. Maybe if you give me a list of what you currently can and enjoy eating I can give you some ideas of items you might add in to increase flavor and variety while still losing weight. Hi everyone, I need to lose weigh and feel/be healthy asap! On a gluten/wheat free diet, allergic to nuts, cherries, apples, some berries and milk. Cannot digest soy products, tried every other milk out there cannot digest any, so calcium is not in diet much. Only eating rice products, fruits, vegetables, shrimp, fish, chicken and maybe once a week lamb. Don't eat beef or pork. Help needed to not be bored with this type of eating habit and I need motivation for exercising I think I have used every excuse in the universe to get out of going to the gym and its paid for so there is no financial excuse to use there.
Frustrated, and unhealthy, gaining back weight I had already lost and losing my mind!
