I am new and considering the Gluten Free lifestyle. I have over 100 pounds to lose and although I am not carb free I have stopped consuming bread and other wheat products recently.
This is all new to me and I have been thinking about Gluten free options so I joined this team to get a feel for what people do and share stories, recipes and so on.
