Hi and welcome to the team. The first thing that you need to do is FORGET DIETS they don't work. You need to eat healthy and cut out processed foods and sugar. Eat more vegetables and fruits along with protein and then add some grains back in.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. Over weight 40lbs n giving up. Is there hope. Ill b 20 yrs married this yr n have to loose by the summer. Any good diets? Had trainer for 1yr pd alot n was a waste. Pay a gym every month n never go. Leave Hm at 6 n return at 7 from wk. Any suggestions.
