oh no! not worchestershire sauce!! it and A1 are my favorite condiments! *sigh* I guess I'll have to get used to life without it. Good to know of the vinegars ... I was getting confused looking at the celiac's websites lists.
From what I understand, it doesn't matter whether you're celiac's or gluten-intolerant since it's basically the same treatment. But y'all would know more about that than I would. So please do enlighten me on why it would be beneficial to know which one it is. BUT either way we can't afford the test or even any follow up visits. I may look into my health department though if it's that important to know which one it is.
As of now, my plantar fasciitis is soooooo much better! I've actually gotten out of bed and started walking with minimal pain instead of having to stretch or stand for awhile before walking. That in itself is worth going gluten free!!!
Some of the bloating is gone but not all. Then again it's only been close to 4 days being gluten-free (at least I'm pretty sure I've been totally gluten free but then again there may have been a couple of small things that slipped in due to my ignorance).... and I'm really sick with a viral sinus infection which in and of itself can cause bloating when I have a lot of sinus drainage.
My joints are already feeling better as well. I had quite a bit of joint pain previously. So far no migraines. Today is the closest I've been to having a head ache and that is pressure from my full sinuses.
