Thanks for sharing and sharing your recipes. I'm not 100% sugar free either. And I think that would make a big difference. I don't love to cook, but have to cook with a lot of whole foods due to our food allergies. Anytime we go to a friend's or get togethers I have to bring our own safe foods. I'm looking forward to looking at some of your receipes. Thanks!

Well i do not have PCOS but i have food allergy, candida overgrowth. I am gluten/dairy/soy/egg/meat free. I am trying to be sugar free. I can say i am 80% sugar free. I cook my meals at home. I buy fresh fruits and veggies. Whenever i go out to see my friends i bring my food with me. They know i have restrictions and they respect me. I love to cook and try to come up with new recipes for me. You can look my recipes. recipes.sparkpeople.com/CookbookEdit .a sp?id=399691
I have a gluten allergy, my children are allergic to dairy and soy. We avoid sugar due to candida overgrowth and I have PCOS which makes weight loss difficult. I've been focusing on getting healthy the past few years and now I'm ready to tackle the weight. Anyone else cook with food allergies and is struggling with PCOS?
