Hi and welcome to the team...If you need a thicken agent the use potatoes (mashed) or sweet rice flour as well there are others but can't think of them right now

Yes, I live in TX. Not from here, although we have now lived in the TX panhandle area for almost 21 years. Home is OK.

I am from Texas, the Corpus Christi area. That's where I met my husband and became a military wife. Are you from Texas? I absolutely love sharing any recipe or fact I know about the gluten free diet. I remember how over whelming it was when my daughter was diagnosed. I still make mistakes and will post those as well. Looking forward to sharing with the team!

Hello, I am here to get healthy and in shape. I found I was Celiac when my daughter was diagnosed almost 7 years ago. I love to bake gluten free and have learned some really good recipes for sauces. I am always looking to share information and recipes. Hope to hear from yal soon!
