An interesting fact the author who is a cardiologist, says is that 2 slices of whole wheat bread can raise your blood sugar more than 2 tbsps of sugar....who would of thought......that is a biggie for my hubby who is diabetic.
Hi, Mostly I did not realize how much wheat affects our lives and is in everything. He explained all about wheat and its effects in a very understandable way. Just impressed with how easy it was to follow and very helpful. I do believe it could be found in librairies.....

Hi Morningwalker - I have seen the book referenced a few times in scanning some of the threads on this forum. Could you share a bit about what you found helpful/interesting about it? I'm thinking of reading it but I have so much I want to look into right now ... Thanks in advance!
No and never hear of it. Will have to look into it.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
