i think alot of it is your attitude and i think you have that and being motivated.
Not eating the wheat should help to.

hi, all my life ive never been over weight, but since i stop smoking ive gained more than my share,eating in large amounts,even things i would of never of touched before,now iam paying the price up 5 pants sizes, i refuse to go any higher, iam going to drop this weight get back in my size 6 jean and i wont stop til,the day i slide them on, i was 115 pounds when i started trying to lose i was 156 at doctors office i was so ashamed, i had been going to the same doctor for 30 yrs, iam now 146 and still a long way to go, anybody out there that can keep me on track feel free to help out thanks tammy
