I just joined team. My family and I basically have a gluten free diet because of my 6 yrold son. He's allergic to all nuts,oats,wheat,raspberries,coconut,peas,g arlic.So we look at ingredents on everything we buy.
Welcome to the team! I don't crave pizza but I have tried to make one using soy flour for the crust. It was a disaster! I have now found recipes using rice flour or flax meal for the crust but I haven't tried them yet. Good luck finding an alternative for your pizza cravings.
Hi everybody, I'm new to the team, but I recognize some names already. I have had Celiac Disease for about 5 or 6 years. I have tried hard to stay gluten free, but occasionally I can't help but succumb to my temptations. Like Pizza. That is one food I really miss. Well, I need to confess that I do have it now and again. Like once every six months. Well anyway, I think this Spark People website is really great. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you. LJ
