Hi Globetrecker, Welcome to the team. You will find it difficult going at first while you learn all the hidden foods and ingredients that contain gluten. But once you get that down it really is not that hard as long as you enjoy the temptations.

Welcome! It really does get easier after a while of planning, and feeling so much better is great incentive to watch carefully and avoid any gluten. I'm glad you are feeling so much better!

Hello :) I'm a newbie here having been gluten-free (and wheat-free) for about 3 weeks now and was finally diagnosed last week. I have accepted my new diet restrictions, although at times it sure isn't easy, ha. But I totally feel 100% better since I've been GF. And my body, especially my skin thanks me too.

I'm glad there's a group on here dedicated to gluten-free and I hope to learn more from all of you on here.
