Hello :) I'm a newbie here having been gluten-free (and wheat-free) for about 3 weeks now and was finally diagnosed last week. I have accepted my new diet restrictions, although at times it sure isn't easy, ha. But I totally feel 100% better since I've been GF. And my body, especially my skin thanks me too.
I'm glad there's a group on here dedicated to gluten-free and I hope to learn more from all of you on here.
