I am new to SparkPeople (about a week on here) I was trying to figure out how to set the nutrition menu, when it creates one for you, not to include gluten...still haven't figured that one out, but did find this group :) Been gluten free for about 6 years, I have a mild intolerance which my doctor just told me that I can have a little bit of gluten as long as I keep it to every other day...that doesn't seem to work for me, it's all or nothing. My husband and I are working hard to lose weight...I've been mostly concentrating on the exercise part of everything, but should start looking at my diet more now that I have the under control.
