Welcome, Swimlover! I lived in East Weymouth during my high school years. I also found out from my naturopathist that I very likely gluten intolerant, although I have not been officially tested. I just went gluten free on her advice alone! It has made a big difference in my life.
Welcome, I was diagnosed about 2 weeks ago so I am pretty new at this.
Grammy Pat So what are you waiting for? What do you have to lose. Your insecurities they try to alter you. But you know you're made for more- so don't be afraid to move. Your faith is all it takes and you can walk on the water to.
Hi! I am new to this team but not to SPARK PEOPLE. I am 59 years old and will be married to my wonderful husband for 32 years on November 20, 2008. We have a 30 year old daughter. We have lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. We are orginally from Kingston, Massachusetts. I have Diabetes Type 2, Low Thyroid, High Blood Pressure and just found out I have Celiac's Disease. Although I had thought I might have had it for a while. I went to regular doctors and they did not believe me when I said I ate healthy. After much prayer THE LORD lead me to a Naturopathic Doctor. She was the one who gave me tests and found out I had Celiac's Disease along with my other health conditions. She put me on a nutritution program. Since I have been going to her I have lost a total of 13 pounds so far (have not lost any weight without regaining it in years), lowered my bloos sugar reading and lowered my blood pressure. We are working on my thyroid now. However, I am enjoying eating gluten-free and am sticking to it. If I have to eat out I am very careful about ordering and talking to the server about my gluten-free program. I am glad I found this team. GOD BLESS!
