Welcome Sisthkat, It has been 5 years almost 6 since i found out I had Celiac. It is hard for about 6months.. You must learn to do a lot of research on the internet under Celiac.com. If you go there and click on Forbidden/safe food list you will see the many forms of which gluten is... This site is very helpful.. However, remember if you want to live, you need to remain gluten free. It is hard to say no. But the good thing is I love this site it helps us find all the people that are so we can support each other. Good luck and welcome to the team. Annette
Hello everybody : I am new to this team, I only just found it and signed up straight away. I do not have celiac disease however I have recently gone gluten-free and I can not sing the praises of it too highly. After 26 years of suffering from binge eating disorder I am now binge free ! Nothing short of a miracle in my own case. I have a very limited diet as I am also a vegan, I do not eat sugar or soy, but I am very happy with my new way of eating. Read my sparkpage for a little about me and my new eating regime. Happy to be here with you all.
