Hi. My name is Joanna and starting today, I'm trying to eat less wheat because I have rheumatoid arthritis and I've heard that it's inflammatory.

I joined this team to get some ideas on how to cope with this being that I love my bread and pasta.

My name is Joanna not Joanne, please and thank you.

RESOLUTE on sticking with the things that work, e.g. tracking (interesting fact, I've been tracking my food and exercise for 922 days and counting).

RENEGADE by limiting sweets and finding healthier options.
