If you have a Whole Foods near you... they have baked goods that are Gluten Free (in the freezer section). They are good for Gluten Free.

Hi. My name is Joanna and starting today, I'm trying to eat less wheat because I have rheumatoid arthritis and I've heard that it's inflammatory.
