I joined this group because I have recently found that when I eat wheat/flour it causes my to lose control of my eating. I have some sort of chemical reaction that I finally discovered after removing wheat from my diet for about 2 months and not binging then when I tried to up carbs I added whole wheat bread and I started binging and feeling out of control with food, so I have removed wheat/flour from my life, so Im not really gluten free but no wheat,flour,cornmeal. I am trying rice next.
