Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results (Einstein)
Hi! I started my gluten free lifestyle about three weeks ago. Even though it is slow going I seem to be doing really well. I've found some really great GF food and am excited about making my body healthier. I'm not sure if I am medically considered gluten intolerant but after going through months of tests with no answers I decided to let my body do the answering. I hope to continue the learning process from those of you who have been doing this for so long!
