Good for you! My daughter has celiac, but our whole family eats gluten free dinners together. You're right once you get used to it, it's not bad at all! I'm proud of you for taking the initiative and finding out what was going on. Welcome!

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Hi! I started my gluten free lifestyle about three weeks ago. Even though it is slow going I seem to be doing really well. I've found some really great GF food and am excited about making my body healthier. I'm not sure if I am medically considered gluten intolerant but after going through months of tests with no answers I decided to let my body do the answering. I hope to continue the learning process from those of you who have been doing this for so long!

Keep on keepin on!
