I am so with you! I have been vegetarian most of my life, and gluten free and mostly vegan for the past year. I think that we can do it, but it sure is more complicated this way! My biggest successes come from eating real food rather than processed, and focusing on exercise. Gluten free bread and stuff are all very well and good, but for the most part pretty nutritionally bankrupt. Much better to focus on wonderful bean soups, salads, and fresh fruit. Good luck to you.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
