I am so with you! I have been vegetarian most of my life, and gluten free and mostly vegan for the past year. I think that we can do it, but it sure is more complicated this way! My biggest successes come from eating real food rather than processed, and focusing on exercise. Gluten free bread and stuff are all very well and good, but for the most part pretty nutritionally bankrupt. Much better to focus on wonderful bean soups, salads, and fresh fruit. Good luck to you.

You might be eating all the right things, but are you tracking calories, proteins and fat. Make sure you are eating a balanced diets and not depriving your body of any necessary nutrients it might not be getting.

My husband, teen aged son, and I are all Gluten intolerant and have been on GF diet for over a year now. I also am almost totally vegetarian for 10 months now, but frustrated by lack of weight loss.
