Here's the diet that I told you about. It's worth a try. I recommend that you stay within your calorie range and kick up the workouts. Menopause changes so much for a women's balance. Start slow and focused and build on your endurance and it should pay off in the long run.

Weight Watchers Miracle Menu:

the Weight Watchers Miracle Menus developed with the actress Jenny McCarthy and Weight Watchers. Jenny reportedly lost 50 lbs in 6 months.

This was in the June issue of Woman's World. It says that the readers who tried these menus lost up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Hi,

I too gained about 70 lbs since I had my hysterectomy in 2002. Get your blood work done. My doctor discovered that I was low in potassium and gave me a supplement that has helped me finally lose weight. I had tried everything. Finally, I got on the scale today and noticed that I have lost almost five pounds. I can tell you that you have to workout. I have been hitting the gym daily and using the treadmill for an hour and the elliptical for at least 30 minutes. Stay within your calorie range. Don't get discouraged, it took me six weeks at working out and eating right before I saw a change. There are treadmill groups and turbo jam groups as well. I also saw a diet that one girl used and she lost 50 lbs. I'll post it later on.

Liv
