Hi ADAJLIM, I had a problem with snacking when I quit working at the end of April. Even though I was snacking on fruits and those 100 calorie snack packs, it was adding up. Since I've been off work, I've gained 8 lbs, even though I've been exercising. I recently did the slim fast 2 week challenge. Eating 6 meals a day has really helped me with the snacking. My main meal of the day is dinner (it's week three and I'm still sticking with slim fast). I have added more foods to my diet, I just watch the calorie intake and the portion sizes. And I'm an emotional eater. Just so many things to deal with, but we can do this!!
Sticking to it no matter what.
Don't be afraid of going slowly, just be afraid of not going (moving) at all.
