I have come to the conclusion that I have to make up my minds to lose this weight and just do it - no excuses. I'm going to enlist the support of someone I know will encourage me - my sister (she's a health nut). I also have to quit making excuses and blaming "others" for my shortcomings. I have a mind of my own and it's time I used it for my own good. So, starting tomorrow, I will exercise 30 minutes five days a week, eat more fruits and vegetables, lay off the chips (except baked @ recommended serving), limit my sweets, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Now that I've said it out loud, I feel obligated to do it. I will post how I'm doing.
