I am so glad you stopped by. Your not alone with the weight gain. When I mention the hysterectomy being at the root of it, my doctor always draws a blank and restates that I must exercise more and truly eat more fiber and vegetables. She says that the old way of living is gone. Carbs and proteins have to eaten in moderation as well in order for me to see the scale move. I added more fiber to my diet and got more vegetables and finally the scale is moving.
I'm with you, I need to lose 60 as well!
Greater Is She That Is In Me!
I had problems for 10 years before finally getting my hyster in '94. Coupled with multiple other health issues its been a weight gain cycle year after year. I began a exercise program and have lost 25lb, have 60 more to go!
