I know exactly what your going through. I too gained more then 60 pounds since my hysterectomy in 2002. You have to change your diet and get exercise in order to gret that scale to move. I also found that I only get the hot flashes right after I eat something. As a result, I have added more soy products to my diet. Silk soy milk and Boca burgers don't produce the hot flashes. If I eat other types of carbs I notice that I get the flashes bad.......in any event, I'm here for you if you ever want to talk.
