hi Welcome to the team. Try doing a spark people site search using the term "chair exercise" It will bring you to a page with several suggested exercise sets that you might be able to do. I would link you to it but I am mobile and using an iPad that is new to me. I haven't figured out how to copy and paste. I won't be able to access a computer for about 2weeks. When you do the search, use the search box that is on the spark site, not your browser. I did the search to find the best terms to use and I found several resources, including demo videos. I also like Leslie sansone programs. They can be challenging, but you can stop and take it at your own pace.

I am Don, 61 years old diabetic in need of encouragement to walk off the weight and leave diabetes in the dust! One of my challenges is a back injury with herniated discs and spinal stenosis. I find it painful to stand for more than a few minutes and I use a brace on my lower back to ease that. However, the brace tends to make breathing restricted slightly. Any advice is most welcome.
