I have been walking for the last three weeks and dont feel like I have accomplished much but now that i have joined this team,I will be even more excited to walk even more and be more positive toward teh end of the walk. I will walk the track to melt the fat. Someone once told me to try and sweat as much as possible and imagine my sweat as fat melting. Wish me luck!!
