Hi Heather and welcome. There are a few of us who also enjoy the WATP programs so you are in good company. Some of us do marathons. I would like to do one, perhaps one day I will. I visited your sparkpage. You have made amazing progress and should be quite proud of your accomplishments. I hope you will stop by the chat thread and get to know the others in the group. There are a lot of lurkers but every now and then, they toss in some words of wisdom. We learn a lot from each other here. I usually check this team daily (I am the "leader", whatever that means). If you post, you will recieve a reply from at least one team member, probably more. I will be absent from the boards for a couple of weeks until mid January but I wanted to say "hi" and welcome!

Here is an intro from me to you!
I'm Heather (in case you weren't sure) and I'm not in South Dakota anymore but I will always be a Dakota Girl at heart. MyHoney and I currently live in NE Ohio where we moved to hopefully get a fresh start on things.
I MISS my treadmill, but I do have the WATP videos that I enjoy. Last night we scored a Nordictrack Pro skier, an older one, for $13. My goal right now, given how badly out of shape I am, is to start on that at 10 minutes in the evenings while MyHoney is making supper.
We are both knitters and we both cross stitch; I also crochet and part of his Christmas gift was coupons to teach him how. We both enjoy reading and he is an avid bicyclist. I'm looking forward to spring when I can start enjoying the walking paths around here now that we're somewhat settled (we just moved here in June).
Anything else - just ask!
