Greetings fellow fitness friends! I am not so new to Spark, but I AM new to this team, and to recommitting myself to staying on this site for help. So HELLO!
I see there are several teachers and retired teachers here, I am a retired one. I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been, fortunately, I have hit a plateau and have stayed here for over a year. There are several things I miss because I am overweight. Things like jogging, having my knees NOT hurt, and sleeping well!
I have found that my body even hurts sometimes at night so I toss and turn to find a good spot. Just feel it is because I am so much heavier now!
Perhaps all I need is a better mattress. But I will go for the weight loss first and foremost. Glad to be part of this team, Glad to be called Wacky!
