I am a returning Sparker.
I started to lose weight and then had a knee issue that I tried to ignore and continue to train for the Seattle Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk. Needless to say that was dumb.
Got my knee fix up just over a month and a half ago. Now it is time to finish up my recovery so I can walk further than 3 miles!
I have been know to do Greenlake. Mostly on the weekends or after work when I actually have some light out...not this time of year!
Most important?? Embrace the silly!
