Leslie has a lot of programs. If you go to her site, Lesliesansone.com, you can view clips to see what looks interesting. Sometimes you can borrow them from your library...I did that before buying just to make sure I'd like them, which I did. I've tried some of Denise Austin's programs and Richard Simmons but I really like Leslie's the best. Some of the programs have "boosted walking", which is actually some jogging in spurts. Some have "boosters", which add light handweight to the program, or exercise bands and some of them are hybrid programs where you walk for a few minutes, then do some squats, lunges, arm work and then back to walking. It's done in intervals. She also has her own "brand" of kick boxing, pilates, yoga. I like them all. If you have a WII, the programs for that are also fun. Dancing, wii fit, wii sports, the one with a "personal trainer" is pretty cool. My son got it for me this December as a gift (birthday). It has a heart monitor on it as well as the tracker of your moves.
