My name is Barb and I use to walk everyday with the WARP tapes and some outside ..I did good,lostinches and weight...than I don't know what happened ...I gained 6 pounds back and went up a pant size.....I want to begin again and make a goal of losing 4-5 pounds a month ...I weigh around 225,I'm 5'4".....I'm a diabetic and really need to get healthy
